Turning over a new leaf…

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Steve Cook as our new book consultant. Steve will be taking over from Guy Pratt who has been our specialist for 20 years, but approaching 80 years old, he feels that it is time to step back and take it easy.

Many Bury St Edmunds book-buyers will know Steve as the former proprietor of Churchgate Books which closed in 2016. He is also an accomplished book-binder and has run courses on bookbinding over the previous 10 years. In a former life, Steve was a teacher for over 30 years.
